Service Description

A 45 minute consultation and application reservation. Complete an application questionnaire before our private consultation that includes a self assessment on health and wellness scales. Discover if you are motivated, ready and committed to changing your life for the better and if coaching is right for you. We'll discuss your unique situation and how we could potentially work together. We'll do a private, confidential overview of your health concerns, and challenges, any doctors recommendations and review where you score on a mental wellness scale for stress and anxiety.
