Why I started Wellgevity Coach
The concept is simple.
In the past few years I have worked in corporate healthcare as a consultant RN, clinical educator and process improvement specialist to over 70 regional outpatient clinics - both specialty and primary care.
We strive to provide a high quality patient experience that improves patient lives and outcomes.
Despite all the hard work and best of intentions within traditional healthcare delivery models, we fail miserably to deliver a continuum of patient care once patients leave the provider's office.
I started Wellgevity Coach with the intention to fill at least a small piece of the vast care gaps to a few patients. Hopefully we can expand these services to more and more people as we grow and evolve.
The concept is simple.
Supporting patients to actually achieve their health goals based on their provider's treatment plan between provider visits.
