About Wellgevity Coach
At Wellgevity Coach, we offer evidence-based health and wellness coaching tailored to patients' needs, based on their doctors' recommendations.
Our virtual sessions allow us to accompany them throughout their care journey, wherever they travel.
We provide continuous support to help patients achieve their health goals through our concierge nurse coaching services.
Our nurse support program starts with either a 12 or 24-week transformational coaching plan, followed by ongoing easy access to their personal nurse through our concierge membership on a bi-weekly or as needed basis to help keep them on track and adjust their lifestyle accordingly as their health changes.
